I felt so great this week, I’d worked out and toned everyday. I was eating REALLY well and I still gained a pound. WHAT? This just discourages me so much. I feel like I could eat like shit, not workout and stay the same weight. I don’t know what to do? I don’t know if it was water weight because I didn’t drink enough water yesterday. Or am I not eating enough.  It is just really annoying.
